Robert Harris

Robert (aka Sam) Harris has been making knives since he was 6 years old. He uses dropped antler, bone, ebony and semi-precious materials such as grarnet, lapis, turquoise and mother of pearl. The blades are stainless steel. Sam also fashions the leather sheaths. Hea makes all types of knives, including : hunting, kitchen, and folding knives. Additionally he has created carving sets, knife, fork and a rest, as well as beautiful letter openers. For someone who needs something more specific, he will do custom work. 

Sam has donated his work to The Center for Abuse and Rape Emergencies, The American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and The Military Heritage Museum. 

Sam has served in the United States Air Force and has been flying commericially since 1979. 

He is currently a retired Captain with Delta Airlines. 

Sam and his wife Judi reside in beautiful Punta Gorda FL.
